not in a good mood today.

i dunno why.

wanted to go balcony initially.. but there was only the 2 of us (me and jiabi).. alex dun wanna go balcony,he rather go pub i think.. and zijian pangsey us to go dbl o with his friends..

went to raffles place,actually wanted to go to the pub where ah soon work.. but then there was a function there and hence we cant go in.. wtf,stupid ah soon didnt say anything when i call him.. idiot.. walked over to MOS,but didnt go in coz the cover charge was $23 inclusive of 2 drinks.. but both of us did not have that much cash and i was too tired to dance.. plus we gotta work the next day..

and so we got liquors from 7-eleven and we drank and smoke (2nd hand) by the river.. then the both of us chatted about quite a lot of things,her relationships and stuff etc.. haha.. weird as it seems,we were like long lost friends though we only know each other like for 7 days(?) and we could really talk about a lot of things!!

went to harkmusic.. was freaking tired.. perhaps due to the long phone chat with sharon,eugene and xiaojia yesterday.. or perhaps,it is just me..

i was so freaking angry with the customer.. fucker sia.. try so many shoes..and made me walk up and down to store C (which is the damn fucking far storeroom) like dunno how many times,until one of the guy at luggage bag department asked me how come i was like so busy.. then never mind, when i was serving this customer, the rest of the staff were like doing nothing.. which made me even more freaking flared out!!! i was supposed to leave at 6pm.. idiot.. then there were other customers there asking me to help them.. and so i gotta helped them..

and then that fucking customer commented that i was slow and take so long to take the shoes.. wtf.. cant you see you are not the only customer? idiot..those idiotic aunties could only stand down there and chat.. dunno how to help..

luckily ah ching was around to serve her customers..

and that fucker customer didnt get the shoes in the end,even after trying so many bloody shoes.. which is something that made me damn angry.. coz i gotta keep all the shoes i had taken out for him to try.. wtf.. idiot..

tried to rush over to meet lena they all at plaza singapura.. in the end,it was a false alarm.. they were at paradiz centre.. i should have taken bus sia if i know earlier.. then i wont have to walk so far.. when my legs hurt after standing the whole day and walking back and forth to that bloody store C..

went to sunshine plaza to eat the wanton mee with lena, joseph and dao ming.. it was nice and we met yiwen there.. after that we went over to harkmusic with the flowers from dao ming to kaijing and sad to say,kaijing was there and hence there was no elements of surprises.. funny that they didnt practise much upstairs.. weird.. and we also meet waiyue who was there already with 1 bouquet of champagne roses and 1 bouquet of white roses for kaijing.. so 羡慕.. haha..

was pretty tired.. actually very tired.. was actually stoning most of the time.. kaijing sang well.. just that she wasnt very confident on stage.. and her nervousness was pretty obvious.. probably the songs she sang wasnt really high and perhaps diana wasnt there,i wasnt very high.. or maybe i am just tired.. haha..

yesterday, i met a rather unreasonable customer who was not the one trying on the shoes.. perhaps she was not in a good mood that day and so she chose to complain ah ching for being rude! however,ah ching is the kind of person who shows everything on her face (some sort like me).. she often roll her eyes (i realise) and it may seems rude to some people who dunno her but she is just used to it.. perhaps she is slightly rough when packing the shoes (but that doesnt mean she is being unreasonable or what).. and to some people like me find her fierce.. but that is just her..

the customer's daugher or girlfriend (i forgot.. :P ) thought that she had attitude problem and was being rude to her father/boyfriend (well,i was observing them as i had no customer and hence nothing to do.. =P) at first, i thought of approaching them to help explain but i didnt.. i thought it would hurt ah ching's feelings if i do go up to help her with the customers(she was serving her brand and i am also not familiar with the stuff.. who am i to help her?), so i just watched the entire process..

i believe that my colleague was not in the wrong and she wasnt even rude.. just that she doesnt smile much (i guess sometimes i smile too much.. haha..) which is her character.. she cant help it.. (i am not being biased here..) and i think that the woman who complaint had attitude problem.. i wouldnt have smile at her if i seen her..instead i would smile at the customer.. furthermore,the person who was trying the shoes didnt even show any signs of dismay and even got the shoes from ah ching.. who is she to complain so much?

i realise that men who are buying shoes who bring along women would lead to some kind of problems to us as promoters.. either this kind of complaints or the customers found a certain design nice and yet the women they brought along found it ugly.. this is what i realise about some men who end up getting nothing when they wanted to buy shoes.. haha..

anyway,i recently read an article that the customer isnt always right.. since people who serve the customers are also human beings and all human beings have feelings.. how can you as customer expect them to smile when they just broke up with boyfriends/lost their loved ones? that would be too unreasonable right?

speaking of professionalism,smiling isnt the only way to prove you have professionalism.. ah ching could see what size you are wearing by the look of your feet.. haha.. that is something i am still unable to achieve.. i can only gauge slightly.. :X i am not to that standard yet.. :(

i am not sure of the consequences,alex and the rest told me it would be ok for her.. everything will be fine for her.. i believe that she will be fine as well..

today,i meet with another funny incident.. haha..

jia bi from beverly hills polo club found me familiar and asked me if i had once worked at a japanese restaurant.. (i had never work in the F & B line.. haha.. coz i dun really dare to take hot stuff..) haha.. she said that that person (who was supposed to be me) had the same hairstyle and almost everything just like me!! even the height and looks are similiar etc.. (perhaps she remember wrongly coz it was 2 years ago) she even had the same name as me!!! joycelyn.. somehow i found her familiar too though..

after that we clarified, the person who look like me was studying in temasek poly.. and she have black eyes, but i have brown eyes.. haha.. i am amused by the similiarities she described to me.. it was amusing.. i mean if it was me, i am not even aware of it.. haha.. sounds like that fann wong show.. jing zhong ren.. haha.. but hers is fake.. ;P

so conclusion is:she is my long lost twin sister.. or perhaps clone.. haha..

ps. "have i seen you before somewhere?" is a lousy pick up line though i do entertain you guys. (if i am in a good mood)

i had been workin for officially 2 weeks and i realised there was quite a number of different cliques within the men's shoes department.. and perhaps the only thing in common is that they dislike the supervisor who was so strict to them..

i learnt quite a number of things there.. like the materials and how the shoes are being made, thanks to the ecco people (who are not full timer there.. weird) and i also learnt how to really take care of leather.. using the shoe cream,shoe oil,etc..

i realised how easily a person can become bad due to sales or laziness.. i heard that one of the staff (non-takashimaya) told the customer that there was no more size for that shoes when there is in fact sizes left.. i guess that staff was either too lazy to serve ba..perhaps he is busy.. i have no idea.. but since the customer had doubts,he approached another staff.. and that staff was able to find the pair of shoes for him!! so i guess the customer realised that the staff was actually lying.. but luckily the customer never report to the customer service,otherwise that staff will be sacked immediately!

i become more aware how much a person could made us of one another especially when it come to things that are not of their brands.. pushing of responsibility is easy..

i also found out that people are actually selfish when it comes to saving their own jobs.. there is a new comer (like me) and he doesnt know a single thing about his brand.. haha.. and i think the senior didnt really wanted to teach him anything more.. for me,i learn through listening to how they speak to customers.. haha.. maybe some day when i am free i will walk around some other departmental stores and observe.. hehe..

it is funny how people can say the others but yet unable to do things themselves.. joker.. when i heard what this person said and what this person did,it was the opposite..

and today,i meet sharon,eugene and xiaojia today at sharon's house after work.. funny when i wanted to work morning,i cant get the slot but when i wanted to stay up late,i got the morning shift the next day.. sian rite? and hence i was very tired as well.. and more of worrying about not being able to wake up the next day for work.. haha..

was quite pampered by the girls as they kept feeding me with baked pastas, mashed potatos they had made.. i was pretty hungry at that time around 11++ ,considering i had my last meal at around 4 when i had lunch (think i had fishball mee) with the 2 ecco boys, cheng feng and alex at lucky plaza.. haha.. just had some mee and i didnt really finished it as 4pm for dinner was too early for me and yet they always like to put me for 4pm dinner even when i reported for work at 2 pm like today.. -.-''' and they also like me to work afternoon when i had something on that day.. otherwise they would want me to work morning on the day when i had slept late the day before..

and since she treated me that way,i shall not treat her any better.

finally!!! i start work today.. hehe.. and i get to know a number of staff.. most of the staff are pretty friendly.. there's jackson (supervisor),meiling(cashier), alex(ecco), alice(americaya),rosalind (lloyd),khin (taka staff) etc etc.. haha.. like always,i am a bit blur at times.. and tend to get the wrong shoes sizes.. especially if a lot of customers come to me at one go!!! haha.. i am very blur and confused man..

but after work,i am a happy girl,though my legs hurt a lot,due to the long standing hours... i think the soles of the shoes are giving me problems.. headed over to paradiz centre and meet yeeling and lena as they will be performing later at harkmusic!!! haha.. i am so very looking forward to that!!! haha.. coz it means i can meet the 传说中的 weizhong le.. i chatted with him once on msn at lena's place.. but i didnt get to see his 炉山真面目.. as well as the rest of lena and kaijing's EID friends.. coz i didnt go to kaijing's chalet :( and hence didnt get to see them there.. haha.. but now i have the chance!!! haha..

anyway,meet the 2 girls and kim for dinner.. had 烧肉饭.. haha.. quite tasty.. hehe.. and then we headed over to harkmusic to start practising.. together with the keyboardist.. so that they know when to start singing etc.. haha.. so looking forward to their performance man!!!
