it is the HSBC quarterly meeting - 2nd quarter 2008.

this time round, i am involved as one of the coordinator of this event. was actually involved due to a lucky draw method. my luck wasnt as good then. haha. we are supposed to come out with a comedy about customer's satisfaction as the theme of the night is delighting our customer.

anyway, managed to get norliyana to help out with the script writing.

our storyline begins with a RM who was trying to appease a angry customer who has open the account with us and yet hasnt receive her debit card. (the reason why debit card was because debit card was also handle by my section - banking operations section). the RM called the operations staff only to realise that the debit card wasnt issued because of account not opened and the signature wasnt scanned into the system, even though full documents were received. and the 3 different staff was pushing the responsibility to each other.

after which, the RM was pissed and hence shouted "stop" of which time travels backwards. when the RM uses one of the futuristic robot named IRS - Intelligent Resourceful System (IRS is actually a inbound request system - for the RMs to key in their instructions and enquiries.), everything went smoothly for her. the IRS very quickly resolved the problem by providing clear and precise instructions for the operations staff to follow.

anyway, it was a relief that we do have parts whereby the storyline is funny as there are other departments doing mime which are much more hilarious compared to ours. i was so worried that our comedy wont turn up funny.

nevertheless, i would like to thank all who have in one way or another contributed to this little project of mine make this successful. thanks to those who offered to stay back to make the equipments and props, to rehearse and to add in humors in the process of this comedy.
