first day of new year.

went visiting.

unlike past years, we went to our paternal grandmother's place at ang mo kio before heading over to my maternal grandparents side. and we didnt go over to our grandaunt's (grandfather's sister-in-law) place as well since my paternal grandfather just passed away in september, not nice to go over there. i also not sure why. and then, after that we headed over to my granduncle's (grandmother's brother) place where there is a "huge" group of relatives.

not sure why but most of us dont seem to have the chinese new year mood this year. perhaps coz there are no gamblings at the granduncle's place. wonder why. but anyway,even if there is a gambling session,i also wont be playing. :P i know my luck for chinese new year gambling had always been bad. or maybe the exams are coming soon. even my brother is also having his exam next week. what weird timings for these stupid exams. idiots sia. haha. or perhaps we are all older now. the mood ceases. and times when i really enjoyed myself are the times when i was with my friends. or maybe i am more friend-orientated. :P

i remembered my mum saying me anti-social since i didnt approach any of my relatives (cousins and grandrelatives) and talk to them. well,they didnt approach me as well. everytime they will ask the same old things if i have a boyfriend, why didnt bring him along, and even worst ask me when i am getting married. -.-||| ok, that's not the worst, and the worse is yet to come,one of my cousin even asked me to give birth to a child so he could play with it. ?! wth. anyway, i am the 慢热 kind. or rather i start to open myself up at a later period. in another word,i am slow. shy. whatever you guys call it. it is only at times when they are about to leave the place that i had more to talk to them about. haha. i am such a weirdo. :P

had steamboat as usual. had much more food this year compared to last year. or perhaps i ate more. :X means i am havin a larger appetite. means i am fatter. one of my grandaunt said i am fatter. :( i should go on diet soon. ;p
